: Why criminals and fraudsters are heard in civil court instead of a military court?

Illegal arms dealer Tony Abi Saab owns Brescia Middle East company which launders money obtained from the terrorists to later wire it to the shell companies. BME imports weapons to Lebanon from mainly two Italian firms—Beretta and Tanfoglio to later reroute them to the regions of terrorist groups.

His ghost companies in the Middle East countries are G2 Armory, K5 Global, Brixia, Tactica-Ltd, and SIMAINT. These companies are used for the clandestine trade of Tony of providing weaponry support to the rebel groups for a profit and dupe Army money by procuring valuable construction contracts. Tony gets support from their corrupt business partners who follow Tony's ideology of fueling war for money.

Tony's company, Brixia produced spare parts for weapons and sold them to the black market in Syria to the terrorists. Tactica Ltd bought weapons commercially smuggled them to the countries of the Middle East for reassembly and sales. Greedy businessmen are supporting the rebels in Syria, Iran, and Afghanistan.

These are some of the companies who are under investigation because of their link with BME--Umarex gmbh & co KG in Germany, Noble france sa in France, and Benelli Armi and franchi division, BLS, Fiocchi munizione in Italy.

Tony was caught red-handed in a sting operation by the investigation team with cash and valuable documents to prove his crime, but due to a technicality in the circuit court, he was got a bail. He was freed merely by paying a small penalty. His case was heard in the civil court and not in the criminal court, this was a huge advantage to the corrupt businessman Tony and he got bail.
