A new commission by the Untied Nations can stop civil war and human genocide by curtailing the flow of illegal weapons.
Geneva, 23 September 2018: The United Nations has a mandate to ensure global aid, peace keeping operations and to enhance the quality of life for all humans via education, justice and reform. While the most publicised mandate of the United Nations is to provide peace keeping operation around the world, it forms a menial portion of the organization’s yearly budget. For the last few years the validity of the United Nations Peace keeping operation is diminishing as active war zones are rapidly increasing that do not require peace keepers.
The United Nations is going through a period of change and it needs to adopt a modified policy to ensure a bright future. The current rate of active war zones should beg the question of how terrorists, tin foil dictators and rouge governments are able to get their hands on weapons while they are sanctioned and hard to move across global border.
The answer lies in a secondary weapons market that is led and operated by a Lebanese company, BME (Brescia Middle East) and its global network of comrades that ensure weapons can be bought and sold without question.
BME is led by a convicted man, Tony Abi Saab who has been accused of money laundering, bribery and weapons smuggling charges. His network of companies such as the ones in East Europe (Italy: ARMERIA AMELIO GAMBA Srl, INTESA SANPAOLO S.P.A., Benelli Armi, franchi division, Fiocchi munizione, Armeria brignoli silvio & c snc , BLS —Germany: Umarex gmbh & co KG — France: Noble france sa — Turkey: Osmanli Arms, ISTANBUL and KONYA, KOMANDO AV SAN TIC LTD, ATA Av tufekleri — Bangladesh: Emran arms, — East Europe and Russia: Kula Ltd., Tiblisi - Georgia, LOBASTOV IVAN, Baikal Ltd, Izhevsk city, Russia, Arsenal, Bulgaria, MSN and CSG Group, Czech Republic, Berkut Ltd, Ukraine — Brasil: Condor) and his banker (NAME), who have helped them move weapons from Europe to Syria. Such weapons have been unknowingly exported by the EU with fake end user certificates, which have been provided to all sides in the Syrian conflict.
If the United Nations was to form a AWC that would regulate all arms manufacture with simple technology such as GPS tracking, the end user certificate fraud would be culled, instantly. The proposed United Nations AWC would track the movements of dangerous and harmful personnel like Tony Abi Saab and work to issue arrest orders to INTERPOL when they plan or commit their next crime against humanity.
The Anti War commission would form a central repository to check and store end user certificates. This repository would serve as a database for shipping, border and custom agencies. Combined with an annual review meeting, this organization could enhance peace keeping operations by checking for precursors to wars and arms shipment.
Such a commission would have stopped the smart weapons dealers from shipping arms to Syria under false end user certificates and would have blocked their ability to bank and travel. Such a commission is the need of the hour before another country is torn apart by the ever vigilant and willing Weapons mafia as led by Tony Abi Saab.
